Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes (longer for a stronger taste).

Sit on your heels with your spine straight and your neck slightly stretched. Pull your chin slightly towards your chest and let your hands rest on your thighs.
